About Me
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for women aged 18 and over across the UK, supporting difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, family challenges, low self-esteem, and grief and loss. Sessions are available online, by telephone, or face to face, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Therapy is integrative and tailored to your individual needs, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, and solution-focused approaches, alongside psychoeducation. This is a confidential and supportive space where you can take things at your own pace, feel heard without judgement, and begin to understand yourself more clearly and reconnect with what feels right for you.
I support women aged 18 and over across the UK who are struggling with relationship anxiety, relationship issues, and other mental health difficulties; anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement and low self-esteem. These struggles can often lead to overthinking, emotional exhaustion and difficulty relaxing around others. Over time such patterns can affect how you connect with people, how you perform at work, and how you see yourself, leaving you feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in cycles that are hard to break.
In our sessions, we will explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace, whether you are looking to make small adjustments or work through deeper, more complex challenges. You do not need to have everything figured out, and there is no rush or pressure to follow a set path; therapy is about your unique journey.
We can explore how past experiences may influence your present emotions, thoughts, and relationships, while also working on what is happening right now. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of anything that may be holding you back, and empowering you to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life. Outside the therapy room, there may be people offering advice or opinions, but here with me, this is your space to sit with your emotions and determine what truly feels right for you.
