One-Off Therapy Session in Tooting, Colliers Wood, Mitcham

Sometimes one conversation is all you need

Sometimes you may not need long-term therapy. You may simply need a safe and confidential space to talk through what is happening, gain clarity, and explore what might help.  A Single Session Therapy appointment can be a helpful first step if you are curious about therapy but unsure about committing to regular sessions. It gives you the opportunity to experience what therapy is like, talk through what is happening for you, and decide whether therapy feels like the right support at this stage of your life. There is no pressure or expectation to continue after the session.

WHAT IS SINGLE SESSION THERAPY

A Single Session Therapy appointment is a focused, one-off 60-minute session where we look at the issue that feels most important to you. Therapy is a collaborative process, meaning we work together to understand your experiences, recognise your strengths, and explore changes that feel meaningful and achievable for you.Together, we will explore what you are experiencing, understand what may be contributing to your difficulties, and identify practical ways forward. There is no commitment to book further sessions. If you feel one session is enough, that is completely okay. If you decide you would like ongoing support, we can discuss this together. This session is designed to focus on one specific area and help you gain clarity and identify possible next steps. It may not resolve everything, and further therapy may be recommended if more exploration is needed
