Relationship Anxiety Therapy for Women In South London & Online
Welcome to a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported. Here, you are invited to show up exactly as you are, without pressure or expectation. This is a calm, supportive space for women who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, a place where you can feel heard, understood, and gently supported.
About Me

Hello, I'm Spini, a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer therapy for women across the UK through online video and telephone sessions, as well as face-to-face appointments from my private practice in South West London.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in relationship patterns, or unsure why you're struggling. Whatever has brought you here, you'll be welcomed into a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard without judgement.
My role isn't to tell you what to do or make decisions for you. Instead, I work alongside you to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and relationship patterns. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be be influencing your life today, while also finding practical ways to help you feel calmer, more confident and emotionally secure.
As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe the relationship we build together is an important part of the therapeutic process. My style is warm, honest and collaborative. I'm an active therapist, which means I may ask thoughtful questions, help you recognise patterns and gently encourage new ways of thinking, always working at a pace that feels right for you.
Many of the women I work with come to therapy because they're experiencing relationship anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, stress, emotional overwhelm, or repeating the same patterns in relationships. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, build healthier ways of coping, and create more secure and fulfilling relationships.
You don't need to have everything worked out before starting therapy. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you're returning after some time away, we can begin with whatever feels most important to you. I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and am committed to providing ethical, compassionate and inclusive therapy in a safe and confidential environment.
