Many women find that outside of therapy, everyone has an opinion or advice about what they “should” do. I offer a confidential and supportive space for women across the UK to talk openly about whatever is on their mind. This may include relationship anxiety, relationship issues, the mental load, or simply feeling lost or overwhelmed. As a woman, I understand the unspoken pressures many of us carry, the constant overthinking, the emotional ups and downs in relationships, and the feeling of trying to hold everything together. In our work together, you will be met with understanding, honesty, and support.

Many of the women I work with notice patterns in their relationships and in how they relate to themselves. These patterns can lead to anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. They often show up in your thoughts, your emotions, and how you communicate with others. Through therapy, I help you explore and understand these patterns so you can feel more confident, more secure, and more in control of your life and relationships.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work in line with their Ethical Framework. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to you as an individual, rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

I believe that the relationship we build in therapy is an important part of the process. Feeling safe, heard, and understood can make it easier to explore what is going on for you. I work collaboratively with you, not as an expert telling you what to do, but alongside you as you make sense of your experiences in your own way.

Our sessions may focus on what is happening for you right now, while also gently exploring how past experiences may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I will never push you to talk about anything you are not ready for, but I may gently challenge you at times to help you reflect and gain new understanding.
